Our team is fully trained and equipped to offer young people a nurturing foundation for therapeutic care. This ensures they receive stable, reliable support while having the freedom to discover their identity and explore new experiences, knowing that guidance and reassurance are always available. In addition, all staff complete Team Teach training to develop the skills needed to understand behaviour, de-escalate difficult situations, and support young people during moments of emotional dysregulation.
